Families Fighting for Justice applaud Marie McCourt in all her tiring hard work in bringing into statute “Helens Law”. This will make a huge difference to those killers who are in prison now thinking they can get away with not revealing where their victims body lies. The immense pain and suffering added on from losing a loved one to homicide not to be allowed to bury that loved one, not knowing where you loved one is lying, not knowing they are not lying on sacred ground is an indescribable pain and suffering to that victims family.
