Grief is a journey that no one should have to walk alone. At Families Fighting for Justice, we support families who have lost a loved one to murder or culpable road death. We understand the deep pain that comes with such loss, and we know that healing is not easy.
Through The Hub, we provide a safe and welcoming space for families to share their experiences, find comfort in others who understand, and receive the emotional support they need.
Why Sharing Your Story Matters
Talking about your loss can be incredibly difficult, but sharing your journey with others who have faced similar tragedy can bring comfort, reassurance, and strength. Many who have attended our support groups say they feel less alone and more empowered to move forward.
When you open up about your experience, you also help others. Your story may give someone else the courage to express their grief and start their own path to healing.
Peer Support Tailored to Your Needs
We understand that everyone grieves differently. That’s why our peer support sessions can be provided in a one-to-one or group setting, depending on the volume of beneficiaries. Support is also available at an agreed time to suit individual needs.
Starting in April 2025, we are dedicating every Wednesday to peer support sessions from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, held at The Hub, Anson Street, Liverpool, L3 5NY. This ensures that families have a consistent and reliable space to access the support they need.
A Community That Cares
At Families Fighting for Justice, we are more than just a support group – we are a community of people who truly understand. No one should have to suffer in silence, and through our peer support groups, we ensure that no family is left behind.
Join Us – You Are Not Alone
If you or someone you know could benefit from our peer support groups, we encourage you to reach out. Together, we can heal, grow, and move forward.
