At Families Fighting for Justice, we know that when tragedy strikes, it can feel as though the future has been taken from you. That’s why we created the Re-Building Your Future Programme — to help those affected by violent crime take positive steps forward.
Our 12-week programme was designed to rebuild confidence, offer purpose, and provide the tools needed to regain independence — whether that means a path to employment, training, or simply feeling less alone. From skill-building activities to one-to-one support, we’ve proudly supported individuals who thought they had nowhere else to turn.
However, due to a lack of funding, the programme is currently running on a limited scale. This means that while we’re still here and still delivering parts of the programme, not all aspects are available at this time.
What Is Still Running?
We continue to offer:
- One-to-one assessments and emotional support
- A selection of workplace experience opportunities
- Access to basic training options, where available
- Guidance to help break dependency on sickness benefits or similar support
We remain committed to doing everything we can, with the resources we have, to keep this vital support available.
Want to Take Part?
If you or someone you know would benefit from the programme, we encourage you to get in touch. We will explain what elements are currently available and how we may be able to support you on your journey.
