Why Days Like This Matter – OLLY Visits the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust

Every activity organised through OLLY is about much more than simply having a day out.

For many of the children supported by Families Fighting for Justice, life has been changed forever by the murder or culpable road death of someone they love. Experiences that many families take for granted can often become incredibly difficult following such a traumatic loss.

That’s why projects like OLLY are so important. They give children the opportunity to spend time with others who understand, build friendships, gain confidence, and simply enjoy being children again.

We were delighted that a group of OLLY members recently visited the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT). Their team created a wonderful day filled with fun, laughter, and adventure, giving the children another opportunity to make positive memories together.

Community organisations like CAFT play an incredibly important role in supporting charities like ours. By opening their doors and welcoming groups such as OLLY, they help create experiences that many of our children may never otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy.
