As you are aware due to lockdown our charity shop OLLY is not open this gives us time to reflect, time to think. We all lead busy lives but Covid 19 has made us stop to think as we move forward into these uncertain times. Our charity could never run without valuable volunteers, we have no paid staff, we have those volunteers each and every one of us volunteer for this amazing charity because we know the whole story behind it, we see with our eyes devastation, deprivation, grief, struggles our families go through. From seeing with our own eyes we feel with our own hearts, we know there are many many people out their less fortunate. OLLY ‘s legacy was born from a young women Chantel who lost her life in the most horrific of circumstances Chantel was a beautiful young women with a beautiful soul. From her loss OLLY was born from the idea that came from her son Joseph.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Yvonne, Mandy and Lindsey, they have been running OLLY’s charity shop for four years now they are only to be commended. For all those sponsors, every person that has every come into the shop and brought in donations we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

What we will say is this Covid 19 will soon be under control. Our shop will open not only its doors but its arms . Please stay safe and well. We will put out further updates when we will open. Yvonne, Mandy and Lindsey will be in the shop while it is closed cleaning and sanitising everywhere inside because we care.
