Stephen Wynne, the cold, callous killer of Chantel Taylor, was granted parole on Monday 16th February 2026. Wynne has served only 21 years for Chantel’s murder, and for dismembering and concealing her body.
Chantel’s Law, which is currently under discussion, is a proposed law that would mean a life sentence comes with a minimum of 40 years served before parole can even be applied for. If, after 40 years, no body has been found, parole would be denied.
Jean Taylor will never stop campaigning.
