What Has Changed in Our Justice System All These Years Later?

All those years ago, Families Fighting for Justice headed a Marching for Justice Rally regarding sentences for murder and manslaughter.

On the day, families came together and marched wearing T-shirts with the faces of our loved ones on them.

We stood together, we made our voices heard and we called for change within our justice system.

All these years later, we have to ask… what has changed in our justice system?

Answer: NOTHING.

Our mission still has a long way for us to travel, but we will travel it together until the scales of justice are balanced and justice is being served.

Victims’ families will always have a voice.

Families Fighting for Justice will continue to stand together, speak out and fight for victims and their families.
